Upon your arrival, you will receive a text message from your designated driver. Please respond so your driver will know the message was received.
When you exit the plane, please follow signs to baggage claim. Remember to turn your phone off Airplane mode so driver can get in contact with you.
When you collect your luggage and are ready to be picked up, please proceed to Level 1 Passenger Pick-up (illustrated below). When you arrive at the pick-up spot, please send another message to your driver saying that you are ready for pickup and which pillar you are next to. Your driver will respond to your text/call with the ETA and what type of vehicle to look for.
Proceed downstairs to passenger pick-up (Ground Transportation)
When downstairs, walk outside thru the sliding glass doors. L2 or L3. Please avoid crossing the crosswalk when outside.
Please wait by pillar 5A or 4A or 3A. Let the driver know which pillar you are by. If you have any issues connecting with your driver, please call or email dispatch. 1-435-602-4710 email@example.com
We recommend being at the airport 1 1/2 hours prior to flight departure.
The day before your trip, you will receive a text message from your driver (Please respond so the driver knows the message was received). Expect to receive this text sometime between 12pm - 8pm mountain time. Your driver will be re-confirming your flight details & estimated arrival time. This is so the driver can track the right flight into SLC & verify that the phone number we have for is correct. Having the right flight details is crucial because without it, we would have no way of knowing when you land in SLC.

Expect to receive this text sometime between 12pm - 8pm mountain time. Your driver will be re-confirming your scheduled pickup time & pickup address. Expect the driver to arrive on-time if not early.
